At Best Experiences, we guarantee the best available price for your tours and experiences. If, after making your purchase, you find a lower quote with the same conditions, we'll match the price! How does it work? If you find a cheaper quote from another legally registered travel agency in Colombia, with the same conditions as your booking, you can send it to us up to 24 hours after making your purchase with us. We will verify the information and, if all the requirements are met, we will adjust the price. Requirements to apply the guarantee: The quote must have been issued by a legally registered agency in Colombia, with a valid date. It must correspond exactly to the same conditions as the booking already made: destination, dates, type of tour or accommodation, number of people, category, included services, payment method, and cancellation policies. The request must be sent within 24 hours of the purchase confirmation with Best Experiences. Rates from informal channels, personal social media, unverifiable promotions, or unauthorized portals do not apply. Where to send the quote? If applicable, the adjustment will be made via refund, credit, or upgrade to the service you purchased.
