Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to the arrival date. In such cases, an 80% refund of the amount paid may be requested.
If the reservation is not cancelled 5 days in advance or if you do not show up at the stipulated place and time, Best Experiences reserves the right to charge 100% of the amount paid for NO SHOW.
