Arrival time in Cartagena: 4:00 to 4:30 pm

Restrictions

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the Hotel.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The use of speakers, consoles, or any such devices is not permitted.
• Transporting coolers or igloo-type refrigerators with drinks on our boats is not permitted.
• Children: They must be accompanied by their parents or responsible adult.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before: 80% refund
• Rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance (subject to availability)
• No Show: 100% Penalty
