Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

Arrival time in Cartagena: 4:00 to 4:30 pm

Restrictions

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the Hotel.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The use of speakers, consoles, or any such devices is not permitted.
• Transporting coolers or igloo-type refrigerators with drinks on our boats is not permitted.
• Children: They must be accompanied by their parents or responsible adult.

Cancellation conditions

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

1. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to the arrival date. In such cases, an 80% refund of the amount paid may be requested.
2. If the reservation is not cancelled 5 days in advance or if you do not show up at the stipulated place and time, Best Experiences reserves the right to charge 100% of the amount paid for NO SHOW.
