CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of cancellation of the tour due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (weather, restrictions, operational failures), you can reschedule the date, transfer the reservation to a third party or request a refund within the following 7 business days.
If the cancellation is unilateral on the part of the client, the penalty will depend on how far in advance it is requested.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: refund within 15 business days (applies to bookings for fewer than 10 people).
Same-day cancellations: no refund applies, but the reservation may be transferred to a third party subject to availability.
Failure to attend without notice will be considered a No Show, with a penalty of 100% of the value paid, without exception for direct clients or agencies.
For exclusive events:
Cancellation within 15 business days → 90% refund.
Cancellation with less than 15 days → no refund.
