Cancellation conditions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: the date can be rescheduled within the next 6 months.
The customer can transfer their booking to a third party at no cost.
If the booking is not cancelled 24 hours in advance or the passenger does not show up (No Show), 100% of the payment is lost.
Right of withdrawal: up to 24 hours before the service, you can request an 80% refund; 20% corresponds to administrative costs.
After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Paue Beach Lounge is not obligated to provide a refund if the customer does not show up due to external causes or force majeure.
