Returns and refunds policy
1. Reservations. All reservations made with BEST EXPERIENCES are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your reservation, once accepted and confirmed in writing by BEST EXPERIENCES, constitutes a binding contract between you and BEST EXPERIENCES.
2. Changes to a Booking 2.1 If you need to change a booking, for example, a change in the number of people in your group or a change in the date, this must be done in writing to BEST EXPERIENCES by email to reservas@betraveltour.com. We understand that sometimes changes may be necessary, so we do not charge an administration fee for changes. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but if this is not possible, for example, due to limited availability and you need to cancel the tour, the Cancellation Policy shown in these Terms and Conditions will apply. If we can accommodate your changes, we will notify you of any additional costs incurred as a result of the change, for which you will be responsible. Any additional costs must be paid to confirm the changes.
2.2. If significant changes are required (e.g., date change, change to a main destination included in the tour), you will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details you provided when making the booking. If these significant changes are not acceptable to you, BEST EXPERIENCES will cancel your booking and you will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid to BEST EXPERIENCES for this booking. BEST EXPERIENCES will not be liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred in connection with this booking, such as accommodation or transportation.
3. Cancellation Policy. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: Cancellations are only accepted 24 hours prior to the tour's check-in deadline, in which case an 80% refund of the amount paid may be requested. Rescheduling is permitted (subject to availability) 24 hours prior to the tour's check-in deadline. If the reservation is not canceled 24 hours in advance or if you do not arrive at the stipulated place and time, Best Experiences reserves the right to charge 100% of the amount paid as a no-show fee.
3.1 If BEST EXPERIENCES needs to cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as possible using the contact details you provided when making the booking. Whenever possible, BEST EXPERIENCES will offer an alternative solution, such as a different tour or the same tour on a different date. If it is not possible to offer an alternative solution, or if these solutions are not acceptable to you, we will refund 100% of the money we have received from you for the booking. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the booking. BEST EXPERIENCES will not be liable for any additional expenses you may incur in connection with this booking, such as accommodation or transportation costs.
4. Tour Description and Prices: BEST EXPERIENCES reserves the right to modify the prices and descriptions of the tours shown on this website. If the price of a tour you have booked increases, BEST EXPERIENCES will honor the price you paid at the time of booking.
5. Accident, injury, loss or inconvenience. BEST EXPERIENCES will not be liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential, whatever its cause, unless due to negligence on the part of BEST EXPERIENCES, in which case our liability will be limited to compensation up to a maximum amount of the price of the tour you paid.
6. Terms and Conditions. BEST EXPERIENCES reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should check this website from time to time to verify the current Terms and Conditions because they are binding on you.
